We are a non-profit association, created to defend the rights of consumers against abusive practices.
Our purpose is to take legal action, as a group of consumers, to claim for these abuses and obtain fair compensation for the damages caused.
Big corporations know that pursuing legal claims is expensive and complicated for individuals. They exploit this advantage to perpetuate abusive practices that go unpunished due to the lack of a sufficiently strong adversary.
We are here to change the balance of power:

We don’t charge membership fees or any kind of cost to be a part of ModeON. In fact, we advocate for all consumers, whether they’re members or not, and you can benefit from our claims without being a member.
